Jeremy has a 3 year Culinary Arts Apprenticeship Degree from Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, WI. He began his career working for Bergstrom Hotels. From there, he moved to the Milwaukee area and worked at Bristlecone Pines Country Club. A year later, he found himself at the Heartland Inn where he went on to become the Executive Chef and received 3 out of 4 stars from Dennis Ghetto the former Milwaukee Journal Sentinel food critic. Throughout his carrer, he has also received raved review from the Isthmus and the Capital Times.
Jeremy has since come to Pine Ridge of Wautoma, where he serves as their Executive Chef. Since he has joined Pine Ridge, Jeremy has received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence and the Wine Enthusiast Award of Distinction. In his spare time, Jeremy helps teach the pro start culinary students at Wautoma High School about 2 times a month. Jeremy was also the first chef to have a feature story done about him on Realtree.com, and now has a cooking segment on television with HETV.
