Jeremy Thoren

Jeremy has a 3 year culinary arts apprenticeship degree from fox valley technical college in Appleton , WI. He has began his career work ing for Bergstrom hotels . From there he moved to the Milwaukee area and worked at bristlecone pines country club. After a year he then went to the heartland inn where he went on to become the executive chef and received 3 out of 4 stars from Dennis Ghetto the former Milwaukee Journal Sentinel food critic. Throughout his carrer he has also received good write ups in the Isthmus and the Capital Times.

Jeremy came to Pine Ridge where he has been executive chef since. While at Pine Ridge Jeremy has received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence and the Wine Enthusiast Award of Distinction. In his spare time Jeremy helps teach the pro start culinary students at Wautoma High School about 2 times a month. Jeremy was also the first chef to have a feature story done about him on Realtree.com, and now has a cooking segment on television with HETV.
